Marketcall, the largest pay per call partner network, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for sales, a track record of driving results, and a deep understanding of partner marketing, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.

- Identify and target potential partners, build strong relationships, and negotiate partnership agreements to expand the network.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to align sales strategies and optimize performance.

- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities for market expansion and product development.

- Track and report on key sales metrics, provide regular performance updates, and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the affiliate marketing industry.

- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

- Results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify trends, develop sales strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
